August 2024 ~ My First Newsletter!
Welcome!
I am so glad you’re here! This newsletter will be used to keep you updated each month on what I am doing at Oklahoma State University as a teaching and research graduate assistant. My research duties will mainly be focused on the men’s and women’s golf teams to help optimize their performance through data driven research! Future newsletters will also give you information related to health, wellness, longevity, and some tips and tricks that may be useful!
About Me
I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in 2020. I played four years of Varsity Tennis and two years of Varsity Golf before I chose to play college golf at Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU). At the beginning of my time there, I considered myself “just a golfer” because, honestly, I was only going to Saginaw Valley to play golf. Little did I know, the major I chose to pursue would be one of the greatest decisions of my life and allow me to discover who I really am and what I’m really passionate about. That passion is helping people unlock their full potential in fitness and optimize their performance for sport and longevity.
